Course Outline

This qualification applies to a range of administrative roles in varied contexts.
 
Individuals in these positions use some discretion and judgement and may provide technical advice and support to a team.
The Certificate III in Business Administration requires your employees to complete 13 units of competencies to achieve a full certificate. Skill and knowledge outcomes include:

 
  • Work health and safety legislation, requirements and industry standards
  • Designing and producing business documents using Excel and Word
  • Utilising a knowledge management system
  • Handing the receipt and despatch of workplace information
  • Processing of account receivable and payable
  • Processing payroll and maintaining general ledgers
  • Designing producing business documentation and electronic presentations
  • Specialist units allow for focus on Administration or Finance roles and responsibilities
