This qualification reflects the varied roles of individuals across different industry sectors who apply a broad range of competencies using some discretion, judgment and relevant theoretical knowledge.
 
The Certificate III in Business requires your employees to complete 12 units of competencies to achieve a full certificate. Skill and knowledge outcomes include:
 
  • Intermediate business resource maintenance
  • Delivering and maintaining customer service standards and processing customer complaints
  • Intermediate skill in development of business documentation
  • Monitoring and working within an innovative team and work environment
  • Entry level administrative skills, Microsoft Office Suite, and document management
  • Maintaining and management of quality service standards to customers, clients and stakeholders
  • Intermediate database/knowledge management system maintenance
  • Work health and safety legislation relevant to workplace practices.
