Course Outline

This qualification reflects the role of cleaners responsible for undertaking a range of routine and non-routine tasks according to work schedules, liaising with clients and in some cases members of the public, and operating in a range of general residential and commercial settings as well as specialist cleaning environments.
 
The Certificate III in Cleaning Operations requires your employees to complete 14 units of competencies to achieve a full certificate. Skill and knowledge outcomes include:

 
  • Work health and safety standards, legislation and requirements
  • Hazardous chemical handling
  • Maintaining and cleaning hard floors, carpeted flooring, glass surfaces and wet areas
  • Cleaning industrial machinery and high pressure cleaning
  • Cleaning at heights, ceilings and effective client services, communication and security.
  • Provision of quality customer services and client negotiations in line with organisational policies, procedures and customer service standards
  • Interpreting work orders and documentation in line with organisational policies and procedures.

Accreditation

On successful completion of all qualification requirements, learners will be issued with a Qualification, CPP30316 Certificate III in Cleaning Operations
